SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders will be shipped FedEx since my products are heat sensitive. I make batches of shea butter fresh as orders come in. In my slower times it can take up to two weeks to ship out. This guarantees always receiving fresh fluffy product. Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
